Three common cleaning phases
- Rough clean: general dust and light debris cleanup.
- Final clean: detailed cleaning of surfaces, floors, fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms, and accessible glass.
- Touch-up clean: final pass after dust settles or walkthroughs.
Large debris, tools, nails, hazardous materials, and active construction hazards should be removed before cleaning begins.
